Posacad GR Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called antifungals. It works by stopping the growth of fungus and is used to treat fungal infection. It kills fungi by destroying the fungal cell membrane.

Posacad GR Tablet should be taken in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. They should be swallowed whole and taken with food. The dosage and length of treatment will depend on the condition you are being treated for. Sometimes this will be in cycles of use and non-use. To get the most benefit, take this medicine at evenly spaced times and continue using it until your prescription is finished, even if your symptoms disappear after a few days. If you stop treatment too early, the infection may return and if you miss doses you can increase your risk of infections that are resistant to further treatment. Tell your doctor if the infection does not get better or if it gets worse.

The most common side effects of this medicine include headache, diarrhea, feeling sick (nausea), and low potassium level. These are not usually serious, but you should call your doctor if you think you might have a severe allergic reaction and sign of liver problems such as yellowing of eyes, dark urine, and stomach problems. Get emergency help if this happens.

Do not take it if you are pregnant or could become pregnant unless your doctor has told you to. Talk to your doctor before taking it if you have ever had heart failure, kidney problems, or liver problems such as yellow skin (jaundice). This medicine may not be suitable for you. If your course of treatment is for more than a month, your doctor may want to check your liver, and potassium level by testing your blood. The drugs may make you dizzy or have blurred vision so do not drive or operate machines until it is safe.

Celplat 50mg Injection is used in the treatment of ovarian, cervical and testicular cancer. It shows its working by stopping or slowing down the growth of cancer cells.

This medicine may reduce the number of blood cells (decrease red blood and white blood cells) in your blood, thereby, increasing the susceptibility to infections. Regular blood tests are required to check your blood cells along with heart, liver, and kidney.

Lippod 50mg Injection is an anticancer medication that contains the active constituent doxorubicin encapsulated in a closed lipid sphere (liposome).  Cancer is a disease in which cells multiply in an uncontrolled and abnormal manner. This medication treats breast cancer, ovarian cancer, multiple myeloma (cancer of white blood cells called plasma cells), and AIDS-related Kaposi’s sarcoma.

People with HIV infection have the highest risk of Kaposi’s sarcoma (cancer that forms in the lining of the lymph and blood vessels). Lippod 50mg Injection may be given alone or in combination with other anticancer medicines. This medication is not recommended for adolescents and children.

Use effective birth control during the treatment and at least six months after the last dose. It is important to tell your doctor if you are allergic to peanuts or soya if you are receiving medicines for heart or liver disorders, has diabetes, Kaposi’s sarcoma, or have oral problems before taking Lippod 50mg Injection.

Luprodex 11.25mg Injection is used in the treatment of prostate cancer. It is also used to treat endometriosis (endometrium of the uterus grows excessively and causes symptoms like pain, heavy or irregular periods), uterine fibroids and central precocious puberty (very early puberty).

The long-term use of medicine may cause weakened bones and a reduction in bone mineral density. You are advised to take vitamin D and calcium supplements while taking this medicine. It might cause menstrual periods to stop for a period of 7- 12 weeks, inform your doctor if menstrual bleeding continues even during the treatment.

Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have a history of drinking alcohol, smoking, and osteoporosis. Many other medicines can affect, or be affected by, this medicine so let your healthcare team know all medications you are using. This medicine is not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. The use of effective contraception by both males and females during treatment is important to avoid pregnancy.

PACLIAQUALIP 30MG INJECTION contains Paclitaxel which belongs to a group of anti-cancer medicines called Taxanes. PACLIAQUALIP 30MG INJECTION is used to treat ovarian and breast cancer as a first line of therapy and as a second line of treatment when platinum containing medicines (such as cisplatin) or anthracyclines are insufficient to treat the disease in affected individuals.

PACLIAQUALIP 30MG INJECTION is also used to treat advanced NSCLC (non-small cell lung cancer) when surgery/radiation therapy is not suitable. The medicine is also indicated for use to treat AIDS-related Kaposi’s sarcoma when other treatments (such as anthracyclines) are insufficient to treat the disease in affected individuals.

PACLIAQUALIP 30MG INJECTION is not recommended for use in patients allergic to paclitaxel and polyoxyethylated castor oil. It is also not recommended for use in patients with few white blood cells count and serious & uncontrolled infection. The medicine is also not used in patients suffering from severe liver disease.

Before receiving PACLIAQUALIP 30MG INJECTION, inform your doctor if you had previously received radiation to your chest and/or suffering from thrombocytopenia (low platelet count)/acute infections (such as herpes zoster, chickenpox, herpes), kidney problems (such as chronic kidney disease), liver problems (such as mild/moderate hepatic impairment) and/or heart problems (such as severe coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction and arrhythmias).

PACLIAQUALIP 30MG INJECTION is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Women of child-bearing potential should use effective contraception method while receiving PACLIAQUALIP 30MG INJECTION which should be continued for next-6 months after completing the treatment. The medicine is also not recommended for use in breastfeeding women.

PACLIAQUALIP 30MG INJECTION is also not recommended for use in children and adolescents (aged below 18 years). The medicine can be used with caution in elderly patients (aged above 65 years) after consulting the doctor.

The most common side effects of receiving PACLIAQUALIP 30MG INJECTION are minor allergic reactions (such as flushing, rash, itching), shortness of breath, sore throat/mouth ulcers, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and/or loss of hair. Consult your doctor if any of these symptoms worsen.

Mistaurin 25mg capsule contains the active substance midostaurin. It is an anti-cancer medicine that belongs to the class of medications called tyrosine kinase inhibitors. It is combined with other chemotherapy medications to treat acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in adults with a defect in a gene called FLT3. Acute myeloid leukemia is a form of cancer that starts in certain WBC called myeloid cells in which the body overproduces these cells abnormally. The medicine is also used in adults to treat aggressive systemic mastocytosis (ASM), systemic mastocytosis with associated hematological neoplasm (SM-AHN), or mast cell leukemia (MCL).

Do not take Mistaurin 25mg capsule if you are allergic to Midostaurin or any other ingredients of this medicine. Inform your healthcare professional if you have any symptoms of an infection, heart disorder, lung problems, or problems with breathing. If you experience any of these symptoms, such as fever, sore throat, mouth ulcers, cough with or without mucous, chest pain, difficulty breathing, or swelling in the body parts after taking the medicine, immediately report it to your doctor.

This medicine is not recommended for children and adolescents below 18 years of age. Inform your physician if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning for pregnancy before initiating the therapy. This medicine's most common side effects are fever with reduced blood cell counts, nausea, vomiting, headache, musculoskeletal pain, increased blood glucose levels, and respiratory tract infection.
